We had a wonderful stay at the Atlantic View. The best part of the Atlanticview, as its name suggests, is its location—the property features a stunning view of Camps Bay. The staff was always friendly and made us feel at home. Highlights included the included open wine bar each evening of our stay, as well as hot breakfast brought to our room. We found several good restaurants for dinner within a 10 minute driving radius. I would highly recommend this hotel to a friend who wants a special visit to Cape Town.

In July, a few of my friends and I went to Cape Town and stayed at the Atlanticview in Camps Bay. We all had an incredible time. The hotel was in a beautiful spot and the sunsets over the infinity pool were truly stunning. The rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable. The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful, and the food was tasty and well-presented. Wine night was fun every night! I loved my stay at the Atlanticview!

Atlanticview was a true highlight of my time in Cape Town. Excellent service, fantastic breakfast, and great conversation in a comfortable atmosphere. I cannot recommend it enough.

If you're looking for an intimate, relaxing place to stay in Cape Town, you can stop looking now. This place is a dream. Why get a cookie-cutter hotel room downtown when you could be looking out over the Atlantic and up at the silhouette of Table Mountain against the starry sky with a glass of delicious South African wine (free from 7-9 nightly, by the way)... it's unbeatable. The Atlanticview was converted into a hotel from two houses, so the space is unique, clean, and gorgeous. The food is great and the staff all knew my name by the time I left. I wish I could move in!

Atlantic View has some stunning views, a great location, and first rate service. I’d like to tip my hat especially to the chefs of the hotel, who prepared beautiful and delicious breakfasts each and every morning—a perfect way to start my day :)

So beautiful, hospitable, and relaxing!! I stayed at the Atlanticview with a couple of my friends and we had a fantastic time. The staff is warm and gave us recommendations of where to go and what to see (and eat!) in Cape Town. It’s definitely on my list of places to stay again!

The Atlanticview Hotel is simply spectacular. Well-located in a beautiful neighborhood just a short drive away from downtown Cape Town, Atlanticview is the perfect place for a quiet, comfortable vacation with easy access to the fun and bustle of Cape Town. The rooms are gorgeous, clean, and luxurious. I had the pleasure of staying in the Pineapple Suite and loved receiving my to-order breakfast every morning in my room. The food was delicious, and the servers were kind and incredibly attentive. Perhaps the best part of it all, however, was the happy hour every night. Not only was it a great time to unwind with friends after a long day in Cape Town, it was a fantastic opportunity to meet other travelers staying in the hotel. I highly recommend you visit!

I do not think I could have had a better stay in Cape Town than at the Atlantic View. On our first night, our group arrived late and we were met with delicious hor d’oeuvres and wine. Instant family feel. The staff are all friendly and accommodating, the rooms are gorgeous with intricate artwork decorating the walls, and the views are to DIE for. Lion’s Head Mountain looks as though it would fit in the palm of your hand as you look over the scenic Camps Bay. The hotel is also conveniently located less than a five minute’s drive to fantastic food stops in Camps Bay, if the aromatic Ostrich Burger does not keep you captivate on the premises. I can’t recommend It enough, and I know where I’ll be staying the next time I want to see penguins!!

The Atlanticview Cape Town was the highlight of my visit to South Africa. Boasting beautiful panoramic views of both Table Mountain and Camps Bay, the Atlanticview is conveniently located near many major attractions, yet far enough from the city to feel relaxing, private, and secluded. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, the food is delicious, and the staff is so friendly, personable, and helpful—and don’t even get me started on their not one but TWO infinity pools. If you stay at the Atlanticview, you will not want to leave. When I visit Cape Town in the future, the Atlanticview will undoubtedly be my first choice for accommodation. Thank you, Atlanticview for an absolutely wonderful stay—you made leaving South Africa so much harder to do!

I stayed here with a group of friends and had an amazing time!! The views from the rooms are stunning, and the staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly whenever we needed anything. Don’t miss the free evening wine tastings—different wines every night, and you can have fun getting to know the other travelers staying there as well. THE place to stay while in Cape Town!!

What an incredible hotel! The intimate size of the hotel encourages guests to meet and mingle for free wine each night, but the real draw is not the chance to meet other guests, or even the free wine - it's the staff! They're all so friendly and incredibly helpful; you'll get to know each of them on a first-name basis during your stay. The facilities are also amazing! Each room is as gorgeous as it is comfortable, and the scene outside includes two lovely pools and an stunning view of Cape Town. On every level this is an amazing hotel!

I cannot speak highly enough of the AtlanticView. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly staff who, despite the late hour, sent us to our room in no time. The accommodations themselves were stunning. Our room in particular featured a beautiful view of table mountain and a bed that was to die for. The whole property features two pools and a lovely view of the ocean. Wherever you are in the property, you can easily find a staff member who’s willing to help. The staff really deserve special commendation. When we were tired and didn’t want to interact with anyone, their professionalism swept us away. When we were social and wanted to chat with the world, the staff members would share stories of their times in Cape Town and South Africa in general. One particular staff member spent a whole hour explaining the rules of rugby to us. Thank you, to the AtlanticView and to their incredible staff, for making our experience so special.

The best hotel in Cape Town by far! Much more personal, intimate feel than other luxury hotel options like the One&Only, and the same quality with better service.

t is close enough to the city proper that you can travel in and out with ease. Given all the hotel's ammenities, however, there might even be days when you want to stay in and enjoy the clean, comfy, and cozy rooms and delightful, fairly priced room serviced. A perfect place for a perfect stay! Special shout out to all of the people who work here who create an atmosphere of joy and peace!

The Atlanticview is simply enrapturing. Located in the stunningly beautiful Camps Bay, it pairs comfortable, spacious accommodations with a incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuine staff. Only a short drive away from the beach, Lion's Head, the V&A Waterfront, and the historic Table Mountain, you will never run out of things to do. (And if you do run out, nothing quite compares to lying by the pool with a signature glass of Atlanticview lemonade and taking in the view.) The hotel's cozy size and warm staff will make it feel nothing less than a second home. If you're planning on going to Cape Town, do not pass up this incomparable experience. You will not want to miss it.

What an incredible week! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a spectacular view, welcome drinks, and the friendliest staff imaginable. This first impression was then consistently upheld throughout our week-long stay. The food was consistently excellent in taste, variety, and presentation. The deck, including two infinity pools, offered a nice respite in between planning our various excursions. At night, complimentary drinks and hors d'oeuvres were the perfect way to relax before retiring to the rooms, which were outfitted with every comfort one could ask for (and some nice bluetooth speakers, I'll add!) The hotel staff were always willing to not only accommodate any and all requests, but also help us plan the best possible experience in Cape Town. I truly could not have asked for a more fulfilling week -- thank you so much Atlanticview!! I'll make sure to come back sometime in the future.

I stayed at the Atlanticview Hotel in Cape Town with a couple of my friends and cannot recommend this place more! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to our group. The hotel also offers complimentary snacks and drinks in the evening and breakfast is brought right to your room every morning. These small touches reflect the overall great hospitality of the staff. If you're looking for a relaxing hotel only a few minutes away from the city, definitely check this place out!

Thank you, Atlanticview, for a wonderful experience in Capetown! I loved everything about this resort: the incredibly hospitable and friendly staff, the unique food options, and the gorgeous poolside view of the Atlantic Ocean. This resort is situated at a convenient location near Camps Bay, where you get quick access to Paragliding, great hiking locations (Lions Head/Table Mountain), and fantastic restaurants. The resort provided ample space for rest, relaxation, and recreation, and it struck the perfect balance between a social and private environment. If I'm fortunate enough to go to Capetown again in the future, I will for sure stay at Atlanticview!

What a wonderful stay! I stayed here for six days with a few friends and would have happily stayed for several weeks more. The staff were so wonderful to us, friendly, charming, and hospitable in every possible way. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing, as was every other meal we ate. The vista is unparalleled, with huge bay windows in our suite facing out to the West so that we could watch the sun set over Lion's Head and the Atlantic coast each night. Atlanticview is incredibly conveniently located, so it's equally easy to head into the city, into the national parks, down to the beach, or simply stay in and enjoy the good life. Could not have had a better experience.

An incredible experience on all levels, Atlanticview offers a luxurious view into the culture and natural beauty of Cape Town. Attentive staff begin to feel like family only after a few hours; their ability to preemptively cater to your needs was much appreciated. Rooms have been designed with character and detail, with unique layouts and artwork that add flavor to this gorgeous hotel. I cannot recommend this place enough: the staff, the food, the VIEW (which you will never want to take your eyes off of)...it is all worth every penny! Thank you to Greg and the team for creating an unforgettable stay!

A fantastic, private hotel. Lovely, attentive staff. Stunning view. Great location a short drive from Cape Town center and even closer to Camps Bay, a charming suburb. The rooms are clean, spacious, and they each have their own distinct character that make the stay memorable. The food is very tasty as well. All in all a wonderful stay in Cape Town at AtlanticView

We had the most incredible stay at the Atlanticview. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and even helped members of our group track down lost bags. The views are breathtaking, as the hotel is nestled between the ocean and the mountains. The breakfast and nightly canapés were delicious. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I can't wait for my next visit!

Where to begin? The service was truly on another level and the staff was not only kind and welcoming, but also seemed to flow with the guests in a way I really enjoyed. The food was excellent and often, I admit, kept me from wanted to go out and experience the city. Speaking of which, it is a perfect location to both see the city and the countryside. The views were always jaw dropping, and Table Mountain is right on the other side. The rooms, as well, were a standout from other hotels I have visited. I really have nothing bad to say. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to check out Cape Town.

Within the first minutes of my stay here, I was impressed at how personable the staff at Atlanticview was. They were friendly, ready to chat with a smile, and above all had personality--something that is hard to find, even at other five-star hotels. Each of the rooms is uniquely decorated, and ALL of the rooms are gorgeous. My room had a natural rock cropping that was incorporated into the design of the room, with a beautiful view of Cape Town to boot. The bathrooms were impeccable, the price of laundry was a steal, and the food kept me coming back, despite the plethora of restaurants in the area. Be sure to grab breakfast there, and if you're eating there for dinner, the Ostrich Burger is quite delicious! Lastly, for those of you who enjoy wine: When I decided to venture out into the countryside to visit some vineyards, the staff provided me with a vast array of personalized knowledge about which vineyards I should see according to my tastes. And be sure not to miss the complimentary wine and canapés they have during the evening! If you decide to stay here, prepare to be satisfied.

Blown away by the views, beautifully appointed rooms & common areas, and the hospitable staff. I stayed here for 4 nights in July with a group of friends, and we were extremely well taken care of. The hotel's two patios have amazing views of Camps Bay, Lion's Head, and the 12 Apostles. Had it not been midwinter when we visited, I probably would have spent all of my time lounging on the patio or in the pool, but I had to "settle" to sit inside and watch the sunset during the hotel's nightly free South African and canapes happy hour. Thanks to Hein for the generous pours :) This hotel is very small (maybe room for 20-22 guests maximum), so you can bet that you'll get top-notch, personalized service. Absolutely no qualms about recommending Atlanticview Boutique Hotel to you for your stay in Cape Town!

A spectacular hotel--amazing views, luxurious accommodations, and cozy decor/thoughtful layout throughout--I especially enjoyed the distinctive paintings spread across the property! Great pools/outdoor space, parking available, affordable laundry service, and amazing location (just a short drive from Table Mountain.) The food was amazing, and the nightly wine tasting was a delightful culinary and social experience. Probably the best part of my visit was interacting with the staff--they are so welcoming and friendly and just want you to have the best possible visit. Cannot recommend this hotel more highly.

The view out over Camp's Bay is definitely amazing, and the rooms are beautifully decorated for sure - but my favorite part about staying here was that every evening, guests would trickle down into the main room (living room?) for appetizers and South African wine! Made it very fun and easy to meet other guests in the hotel and completed the communal vibe of the place. Also, the breakfasts were really great - great buffet and also to-order options. Staff was really friendly and the place is small enough that I got to know lots of them by name! They even gave us solid recommendations when we went out to wine country for a day. Wish we were there when it was warmer because swimming in the pool with that view would have been really nice.

Our stay at AtlanticView was wonderful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town. The hotel is on a hill with stunning views of the ocean (hence the name AtlanticView), as well as views of Lion’s Head and Table Mountain. Were it not mid-winter when I was there, I could’ve spent many hours lounging on the patio or in the pool. Be sure to catch sunset over the Atlantic from the deck! The hotel is also a short Uber away from the Table Mountain trailheads and cablecar, and only 20 minutes from downtown. Aside from the great location, the hotel itself is superb. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a door directly to the patio. Our other door led directly to the dining and seating area, where we had delicious breakfasts made to order each morning. Complimentary canapés and generously poured glasses of wine were served in the same area each evening. The evening happy hours were a fun opportunity to meet and to mingle with the other guests at the hotel, all of whom seemed as enchanted with AtlanticView as we were. Perhaps the best thing about AtlanticView were the lovely staff. They were unendingly helpful in giving us recommendations about what to see and to do and extremely accommodating of our travel plans, letting us check in late at night. If you have the chance, stay here! You won’t regret it.

I couldn't be happier with my stay at the Atlanticview Cape Town Boutique Hotel. The view of the water is spectacular, the food was A plus (highly recommend the ostrich burger), and the staff were friendly and personable. The beds were luxurious, the showers were modern and heated up fast, and the rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. Over the course of my stay, two staff members, Pieter and Hein, even took time away from their shifts to get to know me and to help me feel at home. They succeeded, and I can't stress enough how much of a home away from home this hotel felt.

I can't say enough about my stay at the Atlanticview Cape Town Boutique Hotel. It just might be the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in! The staff was so welcoming and accommodating, ensuring we were always comfortable and well fed. The daily free wine and canapés were such an amazing way to wrap up each night. The rooms were comfortable, well temperature-controlled and luxurious. Breakfasts were hearty and yummy, and the dinner menu was also extensive and delicious. Perhaps the best part of all, though, was the up-close trifecta view of the ocean, Lion's Head and Table Mountain.

The hotel's location was perfect — stunning views and close to Table Mountain. Free wine tastings every night during sunset hours was the perfect way to start each evening. My favorite part was extremely nice and attentive staff. By the end of my 4 day visit they knew my name, typical wine order, and what I might need help with logistically to plan my day.

This luxurious hotel was a wonderful find -- the combination of stunning views, great food, and friendly, helpful staff made Atlanticview feel like a private home base to retreat to each evening. Upon checking into this hotel, my friends and I were immediately served a delicious, cool drink (I believe it was lemonade with mint or basil, or something like that). This was an early indication of the warm hospitality and attention to detail that would define our stay there. Breakfast each morning was a feast, with fresh fruit and yogurt, omelettes made to order, and a different juice every day. The carpeted floors in our room were even heated, which was a lovely surprise. I would be delighted to stay at Atlanticview again on any return trip to Cape Town.

I absolutely loved my stay at the AtlanticView Hotel! The views from the room balconies were spectacular especially at sunset and sunrise when you could see the sun over the ocean and Lion's Head peak. The staff are very gracious. The hotel is near a trail so you can hike to Table Mountain and I still have memories about how delicious the complimentary breakfast was, especially the yogurt. Would definitely recommend!

The Atlanticview made our stay in Capetown simply divine! We arrived in our room to find a personalized note, a gift basket and a bottle of wine waiting for us. Lying in bed amidst a sea of pillows, I had a stunning view out over the Atlantic through a mirrored floor-to-ceiling glass door. The hotel staff was extremely welcoming, genuine and helpful in facilitating our plans in Cape Town. We enjoyed a beautiful array of hors d'oeuvres in the evenings over complimentary wine while mingling with other hotel guests. Breakfast consisted of made-to-order eggs, yoghurts with tropical fruit purees, and cheese plates among other treats and was both delicious and beautifully presented. I would highly recommend the Atlanticview to anyone hoping to make Cape Town a trip to remember.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is beautiful and pretty convenient. The rooms are spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The views are incredible and the service was wonderful. Nice evenings with free wine at cocktail hour and conversation with other guests. I would absolutely recommend staying here. At least if you're coming from the U.S. or Europe or another country whose currency is relatively strong, you will be spending much less in total on your vacation in South Africa than you might expect anyway, so splurging a little bit on a nice hotel will be worth it.

We were delighted with Atlanticview! The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome (thank goodness for the cool mint lemonade handed to us after 40 hours of travel!) and were just lovely people in general. The views, amenities, and delicious breakfasts were all top-notch and the hotel was well-located for sightseeing around Cape Town. There are pools, a gym, several common areas, and the space as a whole feels simultaneously expansive and intimate. I think the hotel management have done a great job of creating a welcoming and accessible atmosphere.

The Atlanticview Cape Town Boutique Hotel is a gorgeous place for those seeking privacy, restoration, and luxury. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is truly something to be admired—brought to your room, with rose petals on the tray! Wine in the evenings at sunset is also a treat. The view from the two pools is breathtaking over the ocean, and the hotel feels quiet as it is in a residential neighborhood. However, it’s just a 5 minute drive to the waterfront, an easy taxi ride to great restaurants and the beach. Loved it!

I had an incredible experience at the Atlanticview Cape Town Boutique Hotel. It was without a doubt the most beautiful hotel in which I've ever had the privilege to stay. The food was amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had wonderful wines and canapes every night at happy hour, and the views were fantastic. I can't recommend it highly enough!

My stay at the Atlanticview Cape Town Boutique Hotel was unbelievable. From the heart-shaped jellies in the continental breakfast to the incredible wine bar, the experience was "out of this world." Would most definitely recommend to anyone looking for a private and luxurious stay in the City of Winds.

The view is, as advertised, incredible, and the location is convenient to various activities as well as the beachfront at Camps Bay.
